Salary: £22.40 per hour
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Monday–Friday, Full-Time, 3 shift rotation
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• Set up, program and operate CNC 4 and 5 axis milling machines to produce high end components

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
• Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of the machines
• Inspect finished products to meet the required standards
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
• Monitor machine performance and maintain quality

Desirable Experience:

• Proven experience in CNC machining, 4 or 5 axis essential
• Working to high quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and 5S process is desirable
• Matsuura or Fanuc controls would be an advantage
