Evolve are recruiting for an innovative pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Market Access Lead to join their team. Specialising in General Medicine and Neurology, you’ll lead a team of health economists and Value & Access Managers to develop health economic and outcomes evidence that supports optimal patient access to our clients' products in the UK and Ireland.

This is a full-time permanent position working 3 days per week at our clients head office in Reading.

Ideal Requirements for the Market Access Lead

• Proven experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research, preferably within healthcare.
• A masters degree in Health Economics is necessary.
• Demonstrated involvement in Health Technology Assessment submissions is essential.
• Must be capable of managing and prioritising multiple tasks simultaneously.

Role Responsibilities for the Market Access Lead

• Support your team to project manager the submission and response process and ensures all key stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
• Conduct landscape and gap analyses to support the development of an integrated evidence generation plan.
• Lead and support your team on the collaboration with the new product planning team and global teams to formulate early plans for pipeline assets.
