Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with a well-established client who are looking to recruit a Senior PA for their London office. This is a varied role supporting key members of the senior team, offering a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a Senior PA or EA who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing a busy workload. You’ll be highly organised, have great attention to detail and be confident juggling multiple priorities. Any experience with governance, risk or compliance would be an advantage.

The role will involve:

* Providing day-to-day support to the COO and Managing Partner.

* Managing busy diaries, arranging meetings, and coordinating schedules.

* Preparing meeting agendas, reports, and papers.

* Assisting with governance, risk, and compliance matters.

* Keeping on top of priorities and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
