Role Overview
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:

  Manage complex transactions for housebuilders, focusing on large-scale land acquisition, disposal, and strategic land deals.

  Draft and negotiate legal documents, including purchase agreements, option agreements, and conditional contracts.
• 
  Advise on land development, planning obligations, and overage agreements.
• 
  Build strong client relationships with housebuilders, driving successful project outcomes.

Candidate Requirements
