7.5t Driver

Drivers Direct Recruitment are currently looking for 7.5ton Drivers for our client based in Raunds.

Job Role:

• Monday to Friday
• On going work
• Heavy handball
• Delivery white goods to customers
• Working with drivers mate

Pay:

£16 ph including holiday pay

Driver Requirements:

• Valid CPC and Tacho
• Full UK Licence
• No more than 6 points
• No previous bans
• At least 1 year driving experience

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Carrying out relevant daily vehicle safety checks and reporting as per Operational Procedures.
• Ensure all delivery and collections are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
• To deliver & collect to customers in a safe and professional manner.
• To complete all work related paperwork in full and hand in at the end of the shift.

Essential Skills:

• Hold a valid Cat C1 licence.
• Driver qualification (CPC) card.
• Digital tacho card.
• Good communication skills.
• Good customer relations.
• Have a safe driving record.
• Minimum 6 month driving HGV 1. (Due to insurance stipulations).
• No more than 6 minor penalty points. (Due to insurance stipulations).
• No DR’s, IN’s or DD’s offence codes. (Due to insurance stipulations).
