7.5t Driver/Installer

We are currently recruiting for HGV Home Delivery Drivers on a Permanent basis to work in Park Royal..

As a 7.5T driver you will be responsible for the delivery process and installation from a wide range of furnishings, white goods and sports equipment whilst maintaining John Lewis’s excellent customer service standards.

This can be a physically demanding job but a rewarding one.

Shift Times Basic Pay Overtime after 41 hours per week

6am to 5pm £16.41ph

10:30am to 9:30pm £16.84 ph

Overtime pay is £24.64 ph and is only after workking over 41.25 hours a week.

Hours of work

41 hours per week, you will be assigned a rota working 4 out of 7 days on one of the below shift timings:

06:00 – 17:00 Monday to Saturday

10:30 - 21:30 Monday to Friday & 07:00 - 18:00 Saturday

Requirements:

* Must be aged 18 or over

* A valid UK C1 or C Driving Licence (with a maximum of 6 points)

* Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC)

* UK Drivers Qualification Card (DQC)

* Valid UK Digital Tachograph Card

* Physically fit

* Good communication skills

* Able to promote and maintain the John Lewis brand through excellent customer service and courteous road etiquette.
