Scenic Carpenter

We’re looking for a skilled Scenic Carpenter to join our expanding staging and set team. You’ll work on-site and in our workshop to build, finish, and prepare scenic elements for live events. Ideal candidates will be hands-on, flexible, and experienced in scenic construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and install scenic elements for live events (UK and overseas)
• Construct and finish scenic pieces in the workshop
• Apply paint, vinyl, carpet, and other finishes
• Assist with equipment prep, stock control, and workshop organisation
• Load/unload vehicles and support other departments as needed
• Follow health & safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Proven carpentry and scenic construction experience
• Skilled in a range of construction methods and finishes
• Organised, reliable, and a team player
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible with working hours (weekends/overtime required)
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
