Are you a passionate educator, making a difference in the lives of students? We are looking for experienced and dedicated tutors. You’ll provide personalised, 1:1 or small group support in Computer Science for A Level students. These in-person sessions in Kensington offer the chance to work closely with students, helping them build skills and confidence in a supportive and tailored learning environment.

Day(s) and Time(s): Monday 10:40 - 12:35 Tuesday 1:20 to 12:35 and 14:00 - 16:00 Wednesday: 8:30 - 10:15 Thursday: 10:40 - 12:35 Friday: 14:00 - 16:00
Subject and Level: A Level Computer Science
Start date: Immediate start
Rate of pay: £32.50
Contract length: 13 Weeks
What You'll Do
Develop and deliver tuition programmes in small groups or 1:1
Provide tuition that is appropriate for the individuals/groups needs and study level
Assessing any barriers to student’s learning and working to overcome these
Monitoring student progress and producing reports
Creating a positive and supportive learning environment
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum content and qualification frameworks you're providing subject tuition in
Regularly reporting updates to the Tuition Programmes Manager
We're looking for someone who has:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant subject
3+ years of tutoring / teaching experience
Experience working with students with EAL is preferred
An ability to adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The right to be self employed in the UK
