A9 Dualling Secretariat Officer - A4

Whilst this post is for a role within the A9 Dualling Delivery Team mentioned above, flexibility may be required to work across the Directorate as priorities and projects dictate.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive secretariat support to programme boards, steering groups, and working groups. 
• Coordinating meeting schedules, preparing agendas, collating papers, and distributing documentation within agreed timescales. 
• Attending meetings and producing accurate, concise minutes and records of decisions. 
• Maintain action, decision, and risk logs, ensuring timely follow-up with responsible officers. 
• Support the preparation of governance reports, dashboards, and briefing material.
• Manage document control processes and maintain programme records in accordance with information management requirements. 
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate information and actions. 
• Support the continuous improvement of governance and reporting processes. 
• Provide administrative support to the wider programme team as required.

Working pattern

This role is a permanent level transfer position.
