ABZ Operations Agent (Full-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated ABZ Operations Agent to join our Ground Services team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless, efficient, and accurate turnaround of aircraft while maintaining high-performance standards. You will be responsible for internal and external operational communication, flight monitoring, and record-keeping.

This is a hands-on position requiring competency in Aircraft Dispatch and Weight & Balance. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, adaptable, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• To consistently deliver the highest possible level of customer service at all times.
• To effectively manage an aircraft’s turnaround giving support where appropriate.
• Responsible for coordinating the safe, secure and correct aircraft arrival/departure from its parking stand.
• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the safe unloading/loading of the aircraft.
• To assist passenger services and passengers being guided to and from the aircraft in a safe manner.
• To ensure correct loading procedures are passed to the ramp team allocated to the flight.
• To ensure the correct loaded figures is passed to the captains or CLC for weight and balance. 
• Compliance with baggage reconciliation and Triple A requirements.
• Ensure effective communication with airlines of delay information.

It is expected that you should be familiar with airline products, although training can be provided where required. The position will involve shift work, which will include earlies, lates, weekends and bank holidays.
