In the role of Head of Engineering, you will provide academic leadership across a range of engineering disciplines. You will be responsible for developing innovative programmes, ensuring compliance with UK regulatory and accreditation requirements, building international collaborations, and mentoring academic staff, all within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Engineering, with a PhD desirable, and have proven leadership experience in academic and research settings. You will have experience managing diverse teams and budgets, a thorough understanding of UK higher education governance and funding, and a collaborative leadership style.
