- The Role: We've been SEARCHing everywhere for you! Come join our wonderful Project SEARCH team as an Academic Instructor. In this role, you will be based at Swindon Borough Council working with a small cohort of Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) students to support them during their placement at SBC. You will support these learners to bridge the gap between education and employment, and build and maintain strong relationships with other employers such as Swindon Borough Council and Project SEARCH. You will also coordinate and deliver the Project SEARCH programme and providing sessions that embed English and Maths, set inspiring SMART targets to create motivation and ensure all eligible funding is claimed to continue to provide support.
