Academic Registrar

My client based in the South West are looking for an Academic Registrar for a permanent opportunity paying up to £85,000

This is an opportunity with a Higher Education establishment who are going through an exciting time of change and growth. The institute are one of the best in the UK in offering specialist education and degrees in its sector. With recent institute changes, it is an excellent time to join and be part of the its pivotal moment in development.

You will be required to be on site 3-4 days a week at their campus. They do have a london site of which you will be required to visit for a couple of days per month

You will be working in a busy team of which you will be leading a team that is essential for the university in shaping services that impact the student experience, from the inital day one enrolment through to graduation and the next stages in the students career.

You will be key in leading a department that is responsible for student life-cycle services, academic regulations,quality assurance, statuary reporting and regulatory compliance.

Working closely with senior leaders, Heads of School, and professional service teams, the Academic Registrar translates academic strategy into practical, student-focused delivery.

The organisation are looking for proven registrars, who have solid experience in leading teams especially across multi-disciplinary functions. You must have an excellent understanding of the sector and key policies involved.

With extensive experience and knowledge of working within regulatory frameworks, you must also have experience in leading and delivering successful implementations of diverse strategic change management initiatives at a functional and organisational level
