In this role the successful candidate will manage and monitor reactive repairs, preventative planned maintenance programmes as well as installations and special projects for various CCTV and access control works for their Westminster contracts. This will be an office-based role with hybrid working available and site visits into Westminster occasionally needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the CCTV or access control sectors within a hands-on role and be looking to progress off the tools into a Contract Management position. They must have a full driving license and be commutable to Enfield.

The Role:

* Overseeing CCTV and access control works for the company's Westminster contract
* Manage and monitor reactive repairs, preventative planned maintenance programmes as well as installations and special projects
