Join our vibrant International Office and play a central role in ensuring a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for learners from around the world. As an Accommodation & Welfare Officer, you'll coordinate Homestay placements, support student wellbeing, and assist with key administrative processes, including admissions and visa compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Homestay Coordination: Organise and manage high-quality Homestay accommodation, ensuring all placements meet health, safety, and safeguarding standards.
• Student Wellbeing: Foster a supportive environment that encourages the social integration, engagement, and overall welfare of international students.
• Admissions & Compliance: Support ESOL admissions, assist with student visa processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
• Marketing & Recruitment: Contribute to international marketing, recruitment events, and broader international initiatives.
• Flexibility Required: Occasional evening, weekend, and bank holiday work may be necessary to support students and key events.
