Accommodation Assistant

Your new role

Handling incoming calls, emails and face-to-face enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
Responding to questions regarding room bookings, arrivals, and accommodation details.
Maintaining accurate records and carrying out general administrative duties.
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and swift resolutions.
Assisting with the preparation and distribution of accommodation information.
What you'll need to succeed

Experience delivering excellent customer service in a busy, customer-focused environment.
Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in person.
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records.
Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
What you'll get in return

Location: Cyncoed and Plas Gwyn Campuses
Pay rate: £14.43 per hour
Duration: to 25th September 2026
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Fridays 8.30am to 4.30pm with some evenings and weekends at peak times, including arrivals weekend Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September.
