We are seeking reliable and hard-working Accommodation Assistant to support a busy student residence during the summer departure and arrival period.

This is a hands-on role that will play a vital part in ensuring rooms are prepared, inspected, and ready for incoming students. You'll help create a smooth transition for residents while supporting the site team with operational and administrative tasks.

Duties

Providing a friendly and welcoming first impression for residents.
Checking in new students and directing them to their allocated rooms
Assisting with move-out procedures
Supporting the on-site office team with general administrative duties.
Conducting room departure checks and inspections.
Clearing bedrooms and kitchens from departed rooms.
Supporting carpet cleaning duties across the residence.
The ideal candidate:

A positive and proactive attitude.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail when carrying out inspections and checks.
Willingness to undertake physical duties, including room clearances and cleaning tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a temporary role to start immediately for 2 weeks, 10am-4pm.
