Salary: 13.50 per hour
Hours: 2 weekdays: 09:00 - 18:00 / Every Saturday: 09:00 - 15:00

A leading independent agent is looking for an enthusiastic Accompanied Viewer to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, has a keen interest in property, and thrives in a customer-facing role.

As an Accompanied Viewer, you will be responsible for showing potential buyers and tenants around properties, providing excellent customer service, and helping clients find their ideal home.

• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
• Offering advice and information about the local market and individual properties
• Providing feedback to the sales and lettings team after viewings
• Ensuring properties are well-presented before viewings
• Liaising with vendors and landlords to coordinate appointments
• Delivering exceptional customer service to maintain the company’s reputation

• Confident, professional, and friendly personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their property needs
• Well-presented with a customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence (company car provided)
• Previous experience in estate agency, sales, or customer service is beneficial but not essential
