Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships with them

- Understand clients' business objectives and provide solutions to meet their needs

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide timely and effective support

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions

- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients

- Prepare and present reports on client performance and progress

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in account management or customer service

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Knowledge of the production industry is a plus

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Detail-oriented and organized
