Job Description - Account Co-ordinator

Job Title: Account Co-ordinator
Location: Elsenham
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Term: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (Office based)

RecruitAbility are looking for an experienced Account Co-ordinator, to join their dynamic, fast growing client which is a market leader in its field.

The role of Account Co-ordinator:

Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email
Raising quotes
Quoting price and delivery to customers, efficiently and accurately
To build and develop client relationships
Coordinating and communicating with suppliers on technical and delivery queries
Liaising with internal departments on transport and administration
Handling any issues swiftly and professionally

To be considered for the role of Account Co-ordinator:

Excellent customer service skills
Good computer skills
Attention to detail is essential
Proactive
Confident with a can-do attitude
Good admin and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Must be able to drive and have own car, due to location.

The package for the role of Account Co-ordinator:

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours – Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
20 days plus bank holidays.
