Account Co-ordinator | £30,000 | Permanent | Hybrid

Are you an experienced Customer Service, Sales Administration or Inside Sales professional looking for your next move?

We’re recruiting an Account Co-ordinator to join a busy Inside Sales team, supporting a portfolio of European customers for an established global manufacturing business.

This is a varied role where attention to detail, organisation and customer service really matter. You’ll be the key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, quotations and orders through to delivery, while working closely with internal teams across the UK and globally.

What you’ll be doing:

* Managing customer enquiries, quotations and orders

* Building strong relationships with existing B2B customers

* Coordinating orders, logistics and deliveries

* Reviewing purchase orders, contracts and specifications

* Handling customer queries and resolving issues

* Maintaining accurate records and systems

* Working closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly

What we’re looking for:

* 5+ years’ B2B customer service, sales administration or inside sales experience

* Strong order processing and quotation experience

* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

* Confident with numbers and multi-step calculations

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

* A proactive, organised and calm approach

Any European language would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
