Account Coordinator

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organisational skills.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for receiving and processing customer orders. They will also liaise with Operational staff to ensure that customer requirements are met in a timely manner.

Understands PO’s and invoicing
Able to understand and process Technical Orders
Confident and able to handle customer complaints
They will work closely with the Account managers – e.g Ben
Background Procurement, operations, customer service Will have ideally +5 years experience – Banking background – Teller experience works

Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships
Process-driven / accurate but also can upsell when there is the opportunity
Processing Orders / raising POs
Track and record metrics throughout the sales process
Liaise with other departments
Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

Qualifications

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
5+ years experience in procurement, operations or customer service
