Jo is on the lookout for a
Client Acquisition Executive to join a well-established consultancy in
Tunbridge Wells that advises on
employee reward schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying and securing new client opportunities via outbound activity, recommendations, and industry connections
- Managing the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through to agreement finalisation
- Building and nurturing enduring relationships with corporate clients and referral partners
- Creating and delivering bespoke presentations tailored to each client’s needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and first-class service implementation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Highly motivated and results-focused individual with a self-starting approach
- Previous experience in B2B sales or client relationship management
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for cultivating trust and rapport
- Capable of managing several client pipelines simultaneously in an organised fashion
- Familiarity with Financial Services (especially pensions or benefits) is a plus but not a requirement
- Willingness to pursue QCF Level 4 qualifications, if not already attained
