Job Description - Account Development Manager

Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £80,000+)
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
Benefits: 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays & Christmas), Healthcare, Pension, Parking

Jo is on the lookout for a Client Acquisition Executive to join a well-established consultancy in Tunbridge Wells that advises on employee reward schemes.

This is a superb chance to liaise directly with senior executives and top-level stakeholders, helping them navigate workplace retirement solutions and broader employee incentives – all while benefiting from a highly rewarding commission scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identifying and securing new client opportunities via outbound activity, recommendations, and industry connections
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through to agreement finalisation
  • Building and nurturing enduring relationships with corporate clients and referral partners
  • Creating and delivering bespoke presentations tailored to each client’s needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and first-class service implementation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Highly motivated and results-focused individual with a self-starting approach
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or client relationship management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for cultivating trust and rapport
  • Capable of managing several client pipelines simultaneously in an organised fashion
  • Familiarity with Financial Services (especially pensions or benefits) is a plus but not a requirement
  • Willingness to pursue QCF Level 4 qualifications, if not already attained
