Account Director

Location: Remote / Hybrid (South Coast HQ)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + Profit Share

Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives on driving client success and commercial growth?
We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic Account Director to take ownership of an established business portfolio and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth journey.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced client services professional who combines commercial acumen with a genuine passion for partnership, delivery, and long-term value creation.

 

The Opportunity

As Account Director, you’ll lead relationships with some of our most important clients — ensuring service excellence while identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

You’ll:

  • Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, growth, and profitability.
  • Identify and deliver cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned to client goals.
  • Lead performance reviews, ensuring transparency, insight, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and consistent client satisfaction.

About You

You’ll bring both commercial edge and relationship depth. You’re someone who enjoys being close to clients — understanding their challenges, shaping solutions, and unlocking new potential.

You will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in account management or client services, ideally in the retail or B2B sector.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proven record of growing and retaining key accounts.
  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunity and deliver value.
  • Confidence in leading both client discussions and internal teams.
