Job Description - Account Director

ABOUT THE ROLE 

After a period of rapid growth, we’re looking for a skilled Paid Media Account Director to take charge of a selection of clients.

You’ll work with paid media account managers and executives across some of SINE's largest clients, overseeing strategy, planning and day-to-day execution across paid social, paid search and programmatic.  

The role requires direct experience in performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and DV360. 

The nature of the role also demands a track record of working directly with clients to plan, execute and measure successful campaigns across a range of budgets as well as a demonstrated high level of flexibility, initiative and attention to detail. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Account Director at SINE Digital, you’ll have a range of key responsibilities, including:

  • Developing innovative and target-oriented paid media strategies for your clients
  • Leading client relationships and communications with key stakeholders
  • Overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimisation of paid media campaigns whilst establishing and reporting on suitable KPIs
  • Checking in regularly on account health and performance and delegating key actions to the performance team, ensuring a data-led approach to campaign management
  • Managing a team of account managers and account executives
  • Identifying areas for development across your team and client base and proactively seeking ways to improve
  • Overseeing the production and delivery of reports, with clear and concise insights and recommendations for clients
  • Analysing and drawing insight from third-party analytics data
  • Overseeing the maintenance of digital media plans and budget sheets to ensure all data is accurate and in line with client requirements
  • Administering all budget activity, including budget recommendations, invoicing and billing
  • Working closely with channel directors to ensure we’re always following best practice across accounts, as well as identifying and capitalising on all growth opportunities
  • Contributing to new business proposals and pitches, bringing in platform expertise and making recommendations based on experience and best practice
  • Attending and leading relevant training sessions

ABOUT YOU

As part of our dynamic, lively and fast-growing team, you’ll need to demonstrate the following:

  • 4+ years of experience in paid media - agency experience desirable
  • Proven expertise in working with paid media platforms and partners across various channels, campaign types and ad formats
  • Adept at performance measurement and gaining key insights from in-platform reporting and other analytics platforms (e.g. GA4) to inform strategic opportunities
  • A highly strategic approach to full-funnel campaign strategy, planning and management, with strong appreciation of the broader media mix
  • Being an ambitious and positive team player with a passion and curiosity for digital marketing, ready to take the next step in your career
  • An open, supportive and data-driven approach for the performance and outputs of key client accounts and other team members
  • Strong track record of delivering outstanding performance across multiple digital marketing channels
  • Thirst for knowledge and passion for self-development, including across digital channels and platforms
  • Confidence in communicating with a broad range of key stakeholders, including anticipating client needs and managing client relationships
  • Experience in managing digital marketing account teams
  • Impeccable attention to detail in all areas of your work
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate complicated information in a straightforward way for our clients
  • Proven practical knowledge of Google Drive and/or Microsoft Office Applications, especially Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive when working under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Highly developed creative problem-solving skills.

LOCATION

Our stunning offices are based in the heart of Fitzrovia, minutes walk from Goodge Street, Tottenham Court Road and Warren Street stations. 

We currently operate a hybrid working week, including Tuesday-Thursday in the office with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
