As an Account Director, you'll lead by example, shaping our business and fostering best practices in the team.

What You'll Do:
For clients:
Drive account workflow and project planning, ensuring strategic alignment
Manage multiple projects and client engagements concurrently
Provide expert consultancy, nurturing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities
Oversee client finances, drive upsell opportunities, and ensure project profitability
Develop account strategy and scope of work, maintaining high standards and supporting junior team members
Engage our full-service offering to deliver exceptional client experiences
Manage third-party supplier relationships on behalf of clients
For the team:
Expertly brief the studio and internal resources for top-notch deliverables
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices
Contribute to agency's digital presence through content sharing and thought leadership
Collaborate across agency teams to optimize creative and planning efforts
Provide feedback and ideas to enhance operational efficiency and support new business initiatives
For the agency:
Deepen marketing expertise, shaping new ideas and advising on client portfolios
Embrace agency culture, supporting marketing and social activities
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
