Account Executive

Our client is part of a global brand and due to continued growth, they need an account executive who has print experience to join their growing team and work between the client and production, and they must have an understanding of digital print, estimating, sheet fed and reel to sheet. This role is an addition to their busy department and there is a great opportunity to progress in career. This role is full time 8am until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am until 2pm on Fridays.

Duties to include:

Manage multiple clients print request

Estimate from their inhouse estimating system and proof the artwork from clients against PO

Liaise with external suppliers and arrange print with them

Update clients on expected print production and delivery

Resolve complaints and manage the positive outcome

Keep a track on orders currently at print and manage clients’ expectations

Liaise with warehouse whilst processing orders, checking re stock levels, shipping requirements, booking in product, proof of deliveries
