Your Work
We are so excited to be hiring Commercial Managers (Account Executive) to join our sales team, as we focus on expanding our presence across the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will be the face of GetHarley and you’ll have the chance to shape, manage and expand relationships with practitioners as we continue to expand. As the face of GetHarley, you will be:
Hunting and closing new practitioners; onboarding them onto the GetHarley platform and then working with them on an ongoing basis to ensure they are utilizing the platform effectively and reaping the rewards
Splitting your time between acquiring new business and being in-clinic in your territory, supporting your clinicians
Passionate about building relationships and generating new business opportunities with practitioners through face to face meetings, networking events and conferences, acting as a consultant and subject matter expert on all things GetHarley
Have your finger on the pulse, identifying new practitioners in your territory that would benefit from partnering with GetHarley
Work closely with your SDR’s and Account Managers to ensure you offer the best business management solutions to clinicians from onboarding through to account management
Work closely against KPI’s and revenue targets
Managing your pipeline of accounts from lead generation all the way to closing and setting practitioners up for success
Engage with your clinicians by deep diving into their needs, seeking to highlight value and return on investment using GetHarley via online demo calls
Have a creative approach, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to winning our clinicians hearts
Be a skincare expert, keeping up to date with the latest trends and product launches
Experience
You will be a great fit if you:
Experience in a business development / new business role within B2B / B2BC sales
A desire to take ownership of ambitious targets
A track record of success within a startup or scale-up and thrives in a fast paced environment
An analytical mindset and ability to forecast accurately
Strong relationship management skills
Sharp attention to detail who is able to handle multiple tasks seamlessly
An exceptional work ethic and the desire to make a difference
A passion for skincare and healthy ageing!
Location
This role will be hybrid, our HQ is based in Marylebone. We look forward to welcoming our remote employees for mandatory team meetings and social events!
