Account Executive

£105,000 - Double for OTE

Hybrid - London

A high-growth SaaS company is transforming the consulting space with an AI-powered platform that drives effective change management. Focused on the construction and real estate industries, this company helps enterprise clients achieve meaningful business outcomes through improved technology adoption. Trusted by industry leaders, the organization is on a mission to redefine how digital transformation initiatives are delivered and adopted.

Position Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Account Executive to support continued expansion across key verticals. This role is suited to an experienced sales professional with a proven record in software or solutions sales, ideally with exposure to the construction or real estate sectors. The successful candidate will initially focus on selling adoption services and later help clients transition to a cutting-edge AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO).

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and collaboration with customer success and marketing teams.

  • Manage contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations to maximize customer value.

  • Grow the sales pipeline and secure new client partnerships.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions with clients' digital transformation goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills to articulate value to executive stakeholders.

  • 5+ years' experience in software or solution-based sales.

  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and managing client relationships at the executive level.

  • Understanding of key business drivers in the construction and real estate industries.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect offerings to broader business impact.

  • Team-oriented, customer success-focused sales approach.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
