Clover Talent is backing an ambitious Finance Brokerage in West London, a small team with big ambitions and even bigger plans ahead.

As part of their next phase of expansion, we're recruiting 3x Account Executives to join their high-performing sales division for the upcoming September intake!

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales professionals to break into the fast-moving world of Commercial Finance. As an Account Executive, you’ll manage the full 360 sales process, from outbound prospecting and lead generation, through to closing deals and managing client relationships.

This is a high-volume, office-based outbound sales role, offering full training and hands-on support. You'll be joining a tight-knit team of 4 at a pivotal stage, with real opportunity to grow into senior roles as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate new outbound leads across the SME sector
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
• Handle inbound enquiries where required
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Consistently hit individual KPIs and contribute to team targets
• Represent the brand at promotional events and via professional networking

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in a full 360 role
• Confident in outbound calling and managing objections
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by high earning potential
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within a scaling business
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop quickly
