We are looking for a proactive and organised Account Executive to join our Account Management team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Reporting to the Account Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
About the Role
As Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of lower-tier creative projects. While these projects are typically less complex than larger campaigns, they require excellent organisation, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the end-to-end creative process from briefing through to final delivery.
* Acting as the main liaison between stakeholders, creative teams, and operations colleagues.
* Building strong relationships with internal clients and guiding them through studio processes and ways of working.
* Monitoring project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Supporting the delivery of a consistent and impactful brand experience across all creative outputs.
* Conducting quality checks to ensure creative assets meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders.
You'll ideally have:
* Around 1–2 years' experience in account management, client services, project coordination, or a similar role.
* Experience working within a creative agency, in-house creative studio, marketing, communications, or operational environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
* An understanding of creative production processes, including familiarity with creative file formats and basic print and digital asset requirements.
* Experience reviewing work against brand guidelines would be advantageous.
Why Join Us?
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a busy creative services team, working across a diverse range of projects and collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.
We are looking to appoint someone as quickly as possible and would ideally like the successful candidate to start before 25 June to allow for a handover period Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
