Account Executive

Account Executive – Permanent - £27K - Stockport

We are currently recruiting, for an individual with experience in an admin and customer service role, to join this well-established company as an Account Executive. Within this role you will join the team and support Team Leader, Account Managers and Administrators to help run projects and processes smoothly.

Duties include:

- Taking accurate briefs from customers to begin the project and processes.

- Manage online projects ensuring all stages are understood and controlled.

- Oversee the nomination processes, ensuring all stages are accurate.

- Assisting the administrator with handling of queries, ensuring clear and accurate responses and escalating where necessary.

- Assisting the administrator with monitoring process activity.

- Ensuring all information is accurately recorded and briefed into internal teams and external delivery partners.

- Support the FSE team with ad hoc tasks, helping to keep customer and operational activity moving effectively.

- Conduct wash-up meetings after each process to gain feedback and lessons learned and discuss potential improvement actions.

- Ensuring the correct prices are obtained, or approved matrices are used, to identify the most cost-effective supplier.

- Working with the Team Leader to ensure billing and invoicing is accurate and completed in line with the agreed process.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Customer Service and Administration, with an excellent telephone manner. You will have a willingness to learn and be a team player. You don’t need to have experience as an account manager however previous experience would be an advantage.
