Job DescriptionImmediate startA snapshot of the roleOur Account Executives are organisational heroes. With great project management skills and a keen eye for detail, they work closely with the rest of the account management team to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standards. By providing the highest level of support and efficiency to the day to day handling of projects, they ensure all administrative requirements are handled in a timely manner through their commitment to getting the job done.Key responsibilitiesTo set up, attend and subsequently deliver client meetings / associated contact reports for each client project, as needed.To write briefs for management approval before briefing the creative team and setting up associated timing plans.Ensuring all projects have estimates raised, a client PO and approval to proceed before the work commencesTo liaise with traffic manager in booking resource to deliver client work in a timely and efficient manner, allowing for flexibility in timings and to client brief/budget..
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure that the best quality work is being delivered for all clients, within agreed budgets and timescales to meet objectives. To develop a thorough understanding of the estimating and budgeting process, ultimately owning this for each client as the role develops.Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audiences, preparing reports as necessary.Research client market / competitors to enable deeper project insightCompile creative campaign ideas and strategies for client accountsSupport the new business team and help out on pitches and proposals, as directed by the Head of CS.Assist the account manager & director in managing multiple projects for multiple clients simultaneously.Key Skills/ExperienceGreat organisational skills and attention to detailEfficient operator, able to calmly cope under the varied demands of the teamStrong communication skills with an ability to work with people at all levelsGreat time management and awareness of the importance of hitting deadlinesHas a collaborative work ethic and easy going natureA problem solver with an open and curious mind for both developing themselves and the agencyHas a passion for the industry, shown by one or two years of experience within the sectorHas ambition to grow personally and professionallyIdeally has an awareness of the production processes of marcomms production, technically and from a cost/timing perspective.Ability to absorb information, interpreting the requirements into a plan of operationKey AccountabilitiesTo anticipate and support the activities of other members of the CS teamTo take responsibility for detailed administration of the day to day running of each account within their portfolio under the supervision of the account teamSpecifically, to own and manage the creation / compilation of contact and status reports, to prepare accurate estimates and subsequent invoicesAbility to manage own time / diary to ensure completion of tasks in appropriate wayTo support the CS team in all areas of client / creative developmentSalary: £24,000 - £28,000 pa (DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE)
