Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

We’re working in partnership with a well-established, independent broking group as they continue to grow their presence in Spalding. They’re looking to welcome a driven and ambitious Account Executive to their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Executive seeking a fresh challenge with strong career prospects. It could also suit an accomplished Account Handler who has had exposure to the Executive role and is now ready to step up. Due to growth, you’ll inherit a substantial book of clients and receive full support to develop and grow within the business.

• Take ownership of a book generating approximately £100k in income, comprising both agricultural and commercial clients across the region

• Collaborate closely with the Divisional Director and fellow Account Executives to continue driving the branch forward

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients

• Identify growth opportunities and add value through your insurance knowledge and consultative approach

• Work towards achieving and exceeding income and retention targets

• Ensure consistent quality and accuracy across all client and sales touchpoints

• Deliver an exceptional client experience through excellent communication and service

• Proven experience in retaining and placing commercial insurance business, either as an Account Executive or a senior Account Handler

• A proactive, client-focused approach with strong interpersonal and organisational skills

• Ability to manage your own diary and travel across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas

• A genuine interest in building lasting client relationships

• CII qualifications are advantageous, but full support is offered

• Competitive basic salary of £55,000 to £65,000, plus car allowance
