ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Incentive & Events Agency We are seeking an intelligent, energetic and bright individual to join our agency in the role of account executive.
Working across our incentive and events teams you will support the day-to-day administration and management of existing accounts for large global clients. Working within an experienced team you will be responsible for delivering against deadlines, managing communications and ensuring client satisfaction.
This is a permanent full-time, hybrid role with 1 to 2 days per week in our Bicester office.
You may be required to travel in the UK and overseas on occasion.
Responsibilities/Outcomes Pro-actively support colleagues to deliver efficient and effective servicing of specified client accounts.
Administer industry leading reward, incentive and engagement programmes.
Support on event proposals, research suppliers and venues, and provide resource for the events department.
Collaborate with internal teams, design studio and suppliers Deliver against budgets and project timelines Person Specification • Intelligent, energetic and bright individual • Marketing or event industry experience ideal but not essential • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to give clear and concise instructions and liaise confidently with clients and colleagues • Ability to draft business communication including emails, proposals and client correspondence to a high standard • Highly numerate with a basic awareness and understanding of budget management and profit margins • High degree of personal confidence and initiative with the ability to make productive working relationships quickly • Computer literacy of MS Office applications specifically Word, Excel and Power Point • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise to meet deadlines • Ability to multi-task and manage the delivery of short-term tasks alongside longer-term projects • Good time management • High attention to detail and accuracy • Willingness to embrace a constantly changing task list and learn new skills • Demonstrable problem-solving ability across a range of client activities • Good sense of humour • Driving license, own vehicle Benefits • Salary £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays • Birthday off work • Pension • UK Healthcare • Hybrid role between home and Bicester office • Working hours Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm Visit the link below for full details and job description.
