They are an innovative, informative, and dynamic platform that offers a pitch consultancy and marketing consultancy to global brands and UK and London’s leading marketing agencies. It is a great team of about 15 people who are based in beautiful offices in Soho, two days a week, with the rest based at home

.Salary on offer is up to £28k and you will report to a charismatic Senior Account Director.

The role
This is a vital role to deliver exceptional client servicing and stand-out customer experience for our brand and agency community.
The Customer Success Executive will be focused on providing day-to-day admin / systems support and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, process driven, proactive and an excellent team player, with good communication skills.

About you
Experience working in a support role in a fast-paced office environment
Genuine interest in advertising, marketing, and agencies, with a drive to develop in the industry
Possess a strong ‘can do’, positive and collaborative attitude
Natural relationship builder and service-minded when dealing directly with customers
Excellent organisation, effective time management, multi-tasking skills, process driven, with a keen eye for detail
Fast learner who can manage upwards and be proactive in their approach to tasks and projects
Good IT skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Brand / Agency / SaaS background desirable
