Our client, a forward-thinking and ambitious integrated marketing and PR agency, is seeking a skilled PR or integrated marketing professional to manage and drive client relationships. This role offers a chance to provide first-class account management service and become a key player in delivering innovative and impactful campaigns. They work with a diverse range of clients, from property to tech providers across B2B and B2C.

The ideal candidate will have 12-18 months of client account management experience in a busy agency environment, with excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and proficiency in project management and media monitoring systems. They should be creative, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable briefing partners like designers and videographers. Experience in property, professional services, or tech sectors, and proficiency with WordPress, HubSpot, and Hootsuite is desirable.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients
• Coordinate and organize day-to-day activities for client accounts
• Manage project actions to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
• Create briefs for studio specialists
• Conduct proactive research and identify opportunities
• Build and maintain strong media relationships
• Set up and manage media monitoring
• Track and report on time and budget
• Manage and update media lists
• Create content and develop reports for key client accounts
• Support media relations and proactive pitching
• Assist with social media and event management

Ideal Candidate

• 12-18 months of experience in client account management
• Experience working in a busy agency environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Experience of using a project management system
• Proficient in the use of media monitoring platforms
• Creative with the ability to feed into campaign strategies
• Proactive with the ability to spot opportunities
• Super organised and skilled at using your initiative
• Comfortable briefing partners (i.e. designers, videographers, producers, editors, etc.)

Desirable Skills

• Experience in property, professional services, or tech sectors
• Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.)
