Account Executive - Social Housing Sector

Are you ready to make a real impact in the public sector and social housing space? We're seeking a talented, client-focused professional to join a nationally recognised insurance and risk management team with over 25 years' experience supporting housing providers across the UK.

This is a hybrid role based in the South East, giving you the flexibility to work remotely with occasional in-person collaboration at our Reading office.

What you'll do:

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of housing clients, delivering tailored insurance and risk management solutions
• Shape and implement risk management, risk financing, and insurance strategies that really make a difference
• Lead on insurance programme design, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Negotiate fees, prepare proposals, and build strong relationships with clients and insurers alike
• Partner with specialist brokers and service teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes

What you'll bring:

• Proven insurance experience, ideally in Property-Casualty (Combined)
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build strong, lasting relationships
• Analytical problem-solving abilities with a client-first mindset
• Confidence in client-facing situations and resilience under pressure
• Knowledge of the public sector or social housing market (desirable)
• Cert CII qualification, with progress towards ACII (advantageous)
