We're on the lookout for a confident, driven Account Executive who understands the value of building strong, long-term client relationships. Someone whos just as passionate about helping clients protect what matters as we are.

what's expected 

• Managing and growing a diverse portfolio of commercial and/or personal lines clients

• Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients across Yorkshire and beyond

• Tailoring insurance solutions to meet client needs with precision and care

• Working closely with account handlers and insurers to ensure smooth policy delivery and renewals

• Attending client meetings and networking events to grow your profile and the business

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role within insurance

• Strong technical knowledge across commercial or personal lines (or both)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service

• Cert CII or above is a bonus, but not essential
