Account Handler

We're working with a highly regarded, independent insurance broker based in Croydon, known for their client-first approach, modern culture, and innovative insurance solutions.

As part of their continued success, they are now seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join their specialist team, working on an established and exclusive insurance scheme with a loyal and growing client base.

The Role:

You'll be part of a dedicated team handling a specific commercial scheme - offering bespoke cover to a defined industry sector with well-established insurer relationships and streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of the scheme accounts including renewals, adjustments, and queries
• Working closely with clients to deliver outstanding service and retention
• Issuing accurate documentation and ensuring compliance
• Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and resolve queries
• Maintaining strong relationships and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the scheme

About You:

• Experience in a commercial insurance handling role (scheme experience a bonus)
• Confident communicator with great attention to detail
• Able to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
• Enjoy working in a team and building long-term client relationships
• Experience using Acturis is desirable
• Cert CII qualified or working towards (support offered)
