Job Description:

Our esteemed client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Personal Lines Account Handler to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. If you have 6-12 months of experience in home or motor insurance and are eager to make a significant impact, this opportunity is for you! The salary is £36k.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients.
• Handle new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
• Provide expert advice on home and motor insurance products.
• Liaise with insurers and underwriters to negotiate terms.
• Ensure all client documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Resolve client queries and complaints promptly.

Requirements:

• 6-12 months of experience in home or motor insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
