Role Summary:
Join a strategically vital brokerage team serving clients from SMEs to multimillion turnover businesses. This role offers a direct pathway to manage your own client portfolio after a 6-month probation, full support toward professional qualifications, and the chance to build a long-term career within a growing, group-supported firm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage new quotations and renewals: Build client confidence and deliver best-in-class service
• Process mid-term adjustments (MTAs): Maintain client trust and policy accuracy
• Liaise with insurers and underwriters: Support seamless placement and client outcomes
• Contribute to cross-sell opportunities: Collaborate across business lines for broader impact
• Develop client relationships: Work toward owning your own portfolio post-probation

Requirements:
• Experience in insurance broking (commercial or personal lines)
• Committed to a long-term career in broking
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Confidence in liaising with both clients and insurers
