Account Handler

A well-known brokerage is seeking an experienced Account Handler to provide technical, administrative, and client support to their busy team of Account Executives.

The Role

• Provide technical and administrative support to Account Executives on client renewals and new business.
• Prepare quotations, market documentation, and presentations to support client servicing and sales activity.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, and underwriters to facilitate policy changes, amendments, and documentation.
• Track impending renewals, gather information in advance, and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
• Support compliance, quality assurance, and internal procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to assist with insurance placements and client service delivery.
• Handle day-to-day client enquiries efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.

About You

• Previous experience Account Handler experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Acturis trained.
• Proactive, highly organised, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of various insurance products and services.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Relevant insurance qualifications desirable (CII Certificate / Diploma, CeRGI, or equivalent).
