Account Handler Team Leader

The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Account Handler looking to take the next step in their career or for a seasoned insurance professional with leadership experience. No prior management experience is required, but a willingness to learn, lead, and develop others is essential. If you do have management experience, this will be reflected in the salary.

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Leading and mentoring a team of Account Handlers
• Acting as a referral point for less experienced colleagues
• Supporting senior management with team development and performance
• Handling a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring excellent client service
• Assisting with new business broking and re-broking exercises
• Maintaining existing business and providing technical advice

Key Skills & Experience:

• Solid commercial insurance experience
• Strong client servicing and relationship management skills
• A natural leader with a proactive and positive approach to teamwork
• Previous leadership experience is welcomed but not required
• Working towards or keen to pursue CII qualifications (supported)
