Account Manager

Your responsibilities as Account Manager:

• Manage and expand work with creative and broadcast clients
• Lead on junior-to-mid level roles in production, creative, editorial, post, and beyond
• Build long-term partnerships with top-tier clients
• Advise clients on hiring strategy, market insight, and talent trends
• Work actively to develop new business through proactive networking and client engagement
• Represent the company at industry events and stay tapped into the scene

What we’re looking for in an Account Manager:
With a solid background in the TV, film, advertising, or creative industries, you will ideally already be an experienced recruiter. However, we would also be interested in speaking to you if you’re looking for a career change and are well connected to the industry. 

You must be a ‘people-person,’ happy to do whatever it takes to deliver a first-class service to clients and candidates alike.

You will demonstrate the following:

• A good understanding of recruitment processes
• A hunger for business development and growing your own client base
• Strong research skills and experience in candidate sourcing
• Excellent current relationships with creative agencies, production companies & post houses
• Experience in conducting probing, effective interviews
