Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team at GoHire Payment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with our clients. As the main point of contact for our customers, you will be a key player in our mission to provide top-quality payment solutions to businesses of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and follow-up

- Understand our clients' business objectives and use your knowledge of our products and services to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential growth opportunities and strategize on the best approach to pursue them

- Continuously monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure long-term partnership and loyalty

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the market, and use this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the payment industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations and provide effective solutions

- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events and conferences.
