My client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. You will be required to learn their catalogue of products in order to effectively advise customers on making purchasing decisions in an exciting industry. The ideal candidate would have experience working in a customer facing role and have great communication skills both over the phone and via email.

Duties:
• Dealing with inbound client calls
• Building long term relationships with key accounts
• Respond to customer enquiries via emails
• Learn all products provided by the company
• Amend and maintain accurate records on CRM System
• Manage Customer Accounts
• Provide great customer service
• Upsell different products
• Advise customers on purchasing decisions
