Job Description - Account Manager

Working as an Account Manager for this business is an impressive title to have. Whilst naturally being responsible for your own enterprise client relationships, you will take great pride in knowing your them inside/out and providing solutions that they will truly engage with and benefit from. You will be extremely focused on securing common objectives, remainingcommercially minded and delivering exceptional standards of service day to day.

The day to day

  • Accountable for a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities and pipeline growth.

  • Ensuring strong retention and growth, forecasting and tracking results.

  • Forging impressive relationships that result in expansion of the accounts.

  • Working strategically and identifying new decision-makers across accounts.

  • Ensuring clients are getting the desired results and collaborating effectively.

  • Working across the entire sales cycle, growing the contact base within the accounts.

  • Autonomouslymanaging own workload and goals to achieve expectations.

  • Onboarding clients from new business.

You will have/be

  • A significant B2B background in an Account Management/Sales capacity.

  • Natural commercial acumen with proven track record of results.

  • Confidence in working to key objectives and achieving targets.

  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, including confidence to present.

  • Capabilities in planning and managing projects, demonstrating productivity.

  • A notable work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond.
