Account Manager

We’re a fast-moving marketing and communications company with a passion for crafting impactful, insight-driven campaigns — and we need a detail-savvy, client-focused Account Manager to help us bring them to life.

You’ll join our dynamic Client Services team, spending two days a week on-site in our client’s Edinburgh office, working closely with internal teams to keep projects on track and expectations exceeded.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of us and work with our clients marketing team — building trust, answering questions, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
• Turn briefs into actionable plans across print, digital, video, and more — ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and flair.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resourcing like a pro — keeping everything moving, on time and on brand.
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and suppliers to make sure every deliverable hits the mark.
• Communicate updates and potential roadblocks early and often — no surprises, no panic.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in account management or client services — preferably in a marketing, agency, or production environment. Ideally an Account Executive ready to make the step up to Account Manager
• A solid grasp of creative and print processes (bonus points if you're familiar with studio traffic management and worked with Print).
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to spin multiple plates without breaking a sweat.
• Confident, clear communicator — written, verbal, in meetings, on emails, and everywhere in between.
• Strong Excel and data management skills — you love a good spreadsheet.
• Positive, proactive energy — with a knack for solving problems before they even appear.
