You'll be the key contact for your own portfolio of customers-managing queries, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly. ????

• ??? Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
• ?? Handling queries, requests, and complaints professionally
• ?? Creating and managing quotes, orders, and CRM updates
• ?? Monitoring stock and coordinating with logistics
• ?? Collaborating with sales, logistics, and customer service teams
• ?? Maintaining accurate records and supporting account planning
• ?? Managing returns and credit processes
• ?? Contributing to internal meetings and improvement initiatives

? Essential:

• Experience in account management or customer service
• Strong multitasking and organisational skills ?????
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities ???
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset ???
• Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools ??

? Desirable:

• Background in logistics or supply chain ??
• Familiarity with health and safety standards ??
